This notice describes the data actually used by the employer-managed attendance system.
Precise attendance location
Precise coordinates and reported accuracy are collected only after you initiate check-in or check-out. They are used by our server to verify presence at an authorized workplace and retained as attendance evidence.
No background tracking
The app does not monitor location in the background, while idle, or simply because the app was opened.
Employer-managed accounts
There is no public registration. Authorized administrators provision and deactivate accounts. Deactivation does not erase official historical attendance.
Retention and requests
Retention follows the organization's approved policy; no legal retention period is asserted here. Privacy and data requests should be submitted through the organization's authorized support channel.
